Rescues often have guinea pigs looking for homes and there are many guinea pig specific rescues with a wide variety of ages, types and hairstyles available. Consider giving a home to a rescue guinea pig rather than a pet shop which will fill the empty space with another guinea pig and subsequently breed more.
